Capitol West RV Park — Attraction in West Sacramento

Moved here in December and took the only spot available.Manger was very helpful with getting me in.Sadly my neighbors were from hell and had been here for years. The manger did everything she could and got me into the spot in the back where it's super nice and away from the neighbors from hell. Since I moved spots I've had zero issues and have great neighbors. The park is nice and calm with no loud people. Some reviews mention a gross pool well there is no pool so that's false. There are no piles of trash or cars on blocks. The spaces are kept very clean and so are the trailers,rvs and mobile homes. I will say the laundry room is blah and doesn't have a quarter machine so I go to love laundry 2 blocks...

We did not stay here but we rode thru 2 yrs.ago then just recently....not much seems to have changed. We felt it isn't in the safest area of town. We have been to Sacramento area for contract employment on several occasions...so many of the RV parks in area seem to house more "permanent" stays, which doesn't help those of us trying to find spots for 13 wks.for travel assignments:( but when we inquire about our length of stay we r told..."we do not allow stays any longer than 28 to 30 days"- this is clearly not the case by the...

The office manager is never on site to help with questions. I went over to the laundry, to find out there is no air-conditioning there on a 104 degree day, not even a fan!
