Pizza Guys — Restaurant in West Sacramento

I ordered a pizza on April 29, 2023. Half Pepperoni and have California Chicken ... all on white sauce. They made it pepperoni on white and garlic chicken on red sauce which tasted awful. I let them know the mistake and they said they can either remake it or make a note and get a free one next time. So i chose to wait until next time since they seemed busy ( we already waited an hour for that pizza) . Called it in today on May 7th, 2023 .. The on shift manager (8 pm) had no idea what im talking about he said he didnt see any note about half and half pizza. In fact they said my last Pizza was an online order. I have never ordered online. After arguing and the manager ...talking over me... for a while they finally said we can just pick it up. So when my husband went to pick up my pizza they didnt look at him in the eye. Didnt offer him soda. Didnt give him any plates and treated him like i was some sort of scam. I understand there was a mistake but we felt offended like we where bothersome to them. They made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable after the whole experience . We will never be ordering from...

Used to be a regular customer for years then Roman's pizza came a cross and I was there for a period of time,so i was passing pizzaguys yesterday and I wanted to try them again,so I order 2large special for 32$ total and got one cheese and one pepperoni, maaaan regretted with the first bite of it,cheese is like not even there the layer was so thin and pepperoni is like been stolen too,so buy buy pizza guys if anyone wants to get a good pizza go little farther down the street to place called Roman's pizza!!! 1 out 10, these should 10-15$ for...

This has been my fave pizza go-to place for many years. Then one night there door took my big toe nail off. That's when I started getting my pizzas delivered.
