I Love Teriyaki — Restaurant in West Sacramento

ZERO STARS FROM ME !!! I ordered food here for the first time & had no complaints thought it was really good BUT THEN when I tried to call and order for pick up later in the day for my husband I ordered terryaki shrimp plate with a side of bbq ribs I was told 15-20 minutes, when my husband went to pick up the order they were confused said they never made the order then said they don’t have sides of bbq ribs. I never received a call or when I was on the phone in the first place informing me that they didn’t do sides of terryaki ribs so they just NEVER made my order !when I called back to ask why I wasn’t informed or something I was spoke to very rudely ! I’m highly upset at this after I was just thinking hey I found a new food place and right down the street from me too ! Smh won’t be getting any more...

So my boyfriend and I go here often this time it was different. We placed our orders received one incorrect. I didn't notice until we took them home that all of them including the one that was fixed was still incorrect. It didn't take any time because I don't believe there was any care taken in my meals preparation; like it was sitting in it's styraphome container and he just put it up on the counter and took my money.
