Stood outside in cold weather for a release launch. On the door it was written 21 blooming waters, 7 tins, 2 surprise boxes. I did the math & was the 11th person in line which guaranteed me one box of blooming waters. Due to that, I decided to wait the 2 hours and 30 minutes for them to open. When we finally made it inside, their computer wasn’t working & made the wait time excessively longer. They “miscounted” both the blooming waters and the surprise boxes. (Which idk how you miscount 2 surprise boxes when you only see one…) overall, I call that they were holding boxes from themselves after they put up their sign. I get it, you work there and have reasons for doing so, but maybe be a little more transparent next time? You have to understand my frustration after waiting 3 and a half hours (it was noon by time they got to me *the 11th person in line) just to be told “yeah, so, guess I miscounted”. I did call customer service and just wanted to complain to someone because I was upset after waiting so long due to the fact I was under the impression I would be in the clear & there was worth. (If I had known they had less, I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting for that long…). I called them and just asked if there was a number or someone I could just make a complaint to & they asked for the details. Mid-details I was hung up on & wouldn’t allow me back on the customer service queue. Overall, I’m over this company and it’s sad after all of their cool changes that I wanted to explore. The guy said no I don't think so, if it was he would have got it and then I asked if he could look it up. And he said it will take a few brief moments and put me on hold, I was on hold for 11 minutes and called back. The guy that answered the phone refused to help me and made me wait for the guy to finish with his customer he was with. When the guy got on the phone, he asked me what he could help me with. And I stayed. Did you forget about me? Because what was you looking for again. And I said the PS5 controller and he goes. Oh am I asked him if he forgot and he said yes. She gave us the wrong info, had us purchase the item in confidence and then refused to exchange or return the item. My dad asked for a PC compatible one and she sold him a PS5 compatible one. Seems like it could be the same girl that nobody likes in these reviews. Wish I remembered what she looked like by memory.
