This place is robbing the community. I placed an online order and that was a huge mistake. The app said my order would be ready in 40 mins, but it ended up being closer to 90mins. Once I got to the store, no one ever addressed me. I had to get info from another customer that had been waiting. They informed me the store was 40mins behind. At that point I would have just cancelled my order, but not one employee would address any customers waiting, or as they walked in. They wouldn't answer the phone, so I couldn't call to cancel. I tried to go somewhere else but everywhere else had a wait, so I was forced to wait just as long for this order. Then the order was wrong. It was barely cooked when I ordered well done bake. It was missing toppings (1 out of 3). I ordered the new promo crust, didn't get it. Ranch when I ordered blue cheese. I can't even complain until the morning because the app and website just refers to the store, which again, won't answer the phone. Please get some robots in there to do this peoples' jobs. I'm saving their number under "don't order" to prevent this from happening again. I had a bad experience years ago and just forgot and figured it's been years. Besides, if Burger King can turn things around why couldn't this place. IDK....

After a 1 hour wait we called, very difficult to get a person. Tried calling 2 more times, when we finally got a staffer, she said it was out for delivery. We asked if it was being delivered by one of their drivers or a contracted delivery company and they transferred us and nobody answered. We finally got the pizza, it took 70 minutes from our order to delivery and the pizza was cold, very cold. When I arrived to the restaurant at the appropriate time, there were about 10 people standing in the lobby, waiting to talk to the cashier or pick up their food. It seemed like we were being totally ignored. To top it all off, there was a woman in the back with purple hair and missing all her teeth, screaming, cussing, and belittling all of the other restaurant workers.
