Classic Pizza — Restaurant in Westerville

The bar tenders double charged me for my pints. I was charged for 10 CBC IPA drafts when I had only purchased 5 up to the point of asking for my bill and ordering a 6th to drink with my friends before I left. I had been chaged for 10, 4 at happy hour prices and 6 at regular price. My coworkers and I got there just after 4:30pm. We are letter carriers in Westerville and it's a 30 second drive from the office. After talking to the bartendress and explaining that my bill was wrong, I only just ordered my 6th beer, she snatched up the reciept, came back with a new one and threw it at me. Mind you, I deliver the owner's mail, which is why coworkers go there. I chose to call after getting home to make a complaint and was told to call another number. I called the other number and it was answered but set down with no conversation, just loud bar noise. I called the original number and told them it was a fake number, I was told to never call again and got hung up on. I then called the "fake" number again and got the bar manager to actually talk this time. I was told that I was on camera buying 10 beers. I told her that wasn't true, I purchased 5 and bought a 6th when I a sked for my check. She called me a liar and I told her I'm glad you have cameras. I filed a complaint with the BBB, you tried to steal money from me. She then became extremely insulting and that's when I told her I deliver the owner's mail. Avoid this place unless you wish to be robbed or wish to deal with the horrible people that run this establishment. This all happened within a 4hr span....

What a great joint to grab a pie & a drink. First of all, probably the best cauliflower pizza I’ve ever had. You honestly can’t hardly tell the difference between that and the regular crust, it’s that good. We got both today, just to test things out and we are sold on the cauliflower crust. So, keto peeps and if you’re watching carbs, definitely treat yourself to a Classics pizza. The bar is SO CLEAN and the bartender was so friendly and pours a great drink. Prices are fair and the service is unmatched. The owner, friendliest guy in the world and dedicated to making this place the best it can be. Vibes are immaculate. Classic Pizza is definitely a gem! I'm writing them a positive review even though their sauce is not my favorite. Classic pizza puts out a consistently good product that is always made with care. The crust is incredible...it is chewy and firm...almost crunchy. The cheese is wonderful, and the toppings are always plentiful and placed perfectly. My tastebuds just don't mesh with their sauce..for whatever reason my tastebuds taste the sauce as bland. If Classic pizza had a sauce that I meshed with...they'd probably be my favorite pizza, ever!
