This is my very first time to OH and I love cold stone ice cream so while I'm here I thought I was going to be able and grab some of my ice cream from my favorite place but today was one of my worst that I ever experience from a cold stone ice cream pollar first they didn't greet you when walking in the store secondly, the young lady was just wiping her nose and didn't go wash her hands and was ready to try to serve ice cream to me the second person in the store distant and knowledge. The person at all like you wasn't there for service. So overall, your employees need to be retrained on the hospitality and service of the title...
