Stop & Shop — Attraction in Westfield

Great store to shop in ! But don't expect them to come pick up their shopping carriages off your property . A carriage was left on my business property on 10-31-22. I waited til 11-3-22 , went to the Westfield , Mass. store , courtesy desk & handed the employee my business card and told her of the abandoned carriage on my property. She picked up the phone as she told me she would call right away to pick it up.I thanked her and walked away. Here we are on 11-7-22 and the carriage is still sitting in front of my business . UPDATE: I called the corporate phone number that responded above on 11-8-22. I was told the store would be sent a notice to pick up the carriage. On 11-10-22 It is still there. A FedEx truck pulled into my parking lot . Removed a aluminum can from the carriage ,left that in my parking lot .Put a large delivery item into the carriage & delivered it to a neighboring house. Brought the carriage back to my business parking lot, left the carriage further into my parking lot and the can is also left on the ground from the FedEx driver. I told him not to leave the carriage in my lot. He did any way. Now I am mad at Stop & Shop , Also FedEx as I have placed a complaint with them also. Stop & Shop...

I usually don’t do this but I believe something should be said. I’ll start with a little background I am from Connecticut and have always been a fan of shopping at my local stop and shop, I moved to Westfield and was very happy I had a stop and shop near by. I am African American and every time I walk into this establishment the workers have eyes on me constantly making me feel uncomfortable when shopping. Also multiple times I have reached out to employees for help finding items and I find myself being ignored and repeating “excuse me” more than once and also I have had employee completely just walk away and continue doing what they are doing ! When I go to self check out I am constantly being watched by the employee working in the area. Also I the fruit and meat dates are very concerning dating back to 4 days ago. It is a shame because I have always been a fan of stop and shop but unfortunately this is the end of me shopping at these...

I don't know if I ever rate this place before because I always come to this place a lot. Since it is my local Stop & Shop store to go to. Sorry to rate this places only two stars, because numberal of reasons why. Two main reasons are, this whole place need to be rebuild or just build a new Stop & Shop in another Westfield's area and closed this down because a lot things are outdate except for the cash register and bagging area. Other main reason is because population growth. We need more space for more grocery and new item on the shelf.

There is one major problem, the freezer and refrigerator are que issues as I've often seen a wet floor. I also learned one of the neighbor I know often shop there got slipped and fall down those wet floor got hurt.

What left I can say about this place, they are good at customers service to treat like...
