Our relationship started out great, until I was late on a payment, never once was I over 30 days late, every single time I communicated when the payment will be made. Tony is a terrible manager, I am sending my couch and TV back solely due to his and his general managers business practices. I get called seven times in a row from the store, which I'm happy to provide screenshots of, I spoke to Tony 5 days ago to confirm that my payment will be made on September 4th, I just got an aggressive angry call from the general manager stating that I don't call to say when my payment is going to be made when I'm late, essentially blaming the customer because his store manager Tony can't write things down properly and this has happened at least three times. I've had the couch since April, at this point I'm taking my experience to corporate, I truly hope this saves anyone else the experience that I've had.
I could understand if a customer did not communicate with you and was late, but the experience that I have had and the amount of calls that I've gotten, all of it is uncalled for.
I'm sending all of the equipment I got back from Aaron's, do yourself a favor and don't come to this store. Not even credit card companies harass you like this.

Had ask Mike for an oversized recliner chair never got it. Called back several weeks later and said if he couldnât get the chair how about a nice dual leather recliner? Never got that either.
Now that I had two payments left so of course they pulled early throwing it off and causing me to have to borrow the entire amount to get rid of this problem.
The only good part. Mike wouldnât even come out of his back office when I came to pay off my lease and be done.
Tony was more than professional, apologetic and even offered me the oversized chair I wanted but to late I went to Gardner White and from now on thatâs who gets my money.
If youâre going to deal with this business go to Tony. Tell him Deb recommended him.

So now a year and a half later we've already paid over $2,000.00 on top of being harassed every month by phone as soon as the first hits. So when I made my payment this month I asked what we owed still they said almost $900.00 I said when we get our taxes we will pay it off. So today February, 27th,20017 I'm sitting out side while my husband is inside paying we agreed to pay half and do the other half in our monthly payments but after he paid over $400.00 they tried telling him we still owed another $600.00 are you kidding me so we made them refund our money and paid it in full! Other wise we would have paid an another grand when all said and done! What a shame it's really a scam! How can an employee tell me I still owe 8 something but if I paid half that 8 something I would still owe another 6something makes...
