Internet City Computers — Attraction in Westland

Steve is on his 3rd store and I've followed him around and have been to all of them. He's extremely reasonable when it comes to computer repair. He's honest, trustworthy and won't steer anyone wrong. I've had my and my wife's lap top in many times due to various issues. All fixed as if brand new. We have also purchased several used lap tops from him and my wife is currently using one of those today. All great deals and all worked as if brand new. The Desk Tops he sells are also in the same working order.

I've sent a number of very good friends to Steve's store to have their own personal computers repaired and they continue to go back to him because of his honesty and price. One of our good friends appreciated Steve's work so much, he went out to a market and presented to him a big basket of fresh fruit to take home.

Steve has rebuilt/updated my desk top computer several times, in fact I'm posting this note using it. It's been approximately 6, maybe 7 years ago that I met Steve for the first time with my broken down computer in hand and never looked back. Steve's my main man when it comes to computers and their inner workings. He's extremely knowledgeable in this field. I've even seen State Police and County Sheriff cars in front of his store because he works on the computer systems in their squad cars.

Before I met Steve, I can remember having computer issues and took it in to Best Buy for the Geek Squad to look at. I had two hard drives installed in it. After a full weeks worth of time, they removed one of hard drives because they said it was bad and gave me some discs with back up files on it for a sum of approx. $350.00. I come to find out through my brother-in-law, who works on computers and tested the drive, in the State of Kentucky, that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the disc drive they pulled out. Go Figure. I can attest that you will never have this issue with Steve, and the cost of repair will be astronomically lower than what I paid at Best Buy.

Walked in (no appointment needed) and I met Steve. I came in for laptop problems; my system had many viruses and it got so bad, I could no longer use my laptop. He knew immediately the issues I was having and I left him with my laptop. Not knowing him at all, I was a bit leery of course but he made me feel very comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge, I walked out no longer leery. He called me back that same day! Although I couldn't get back to pick it up until the next day, but when I did, Steve explained to me in detail what happened and what not to do and what to watch for, so that problem didn't happen again. He also ordered a new battery for me which was very helpful! I got my laptop home, fired it up and it was all cleaned up!!! It was such a relief and I was so happy. I believe that I have found the best internet and computer repair shop in Michigan. I used to work in computer tech support just like them so I can say for sure that Internet City really knows what they’re doing. I see how today’s computer software and mobile devices are everywhere. The Internet is always changing and I try to keep up with all the new things they offer. I know it’s a huge challenge. I was saved by Internet City after Microsoft sent a bad code to my Windows 10 laptop. I had to dig really deep to save all the data from my computer. It took me months.
