Westland Lock & Key — Attraction in Westland

I needed a spare car key for my 2006 Toyota and I went to Lowe’s to Go to the minute key kiosk and for some reason that kiosk was having trouble making me a new key (Even though I have no chip and put in all the information correctly) plus it wanted $75 for a new key. I decided my next option was gonna be a locksmith and so I came to this place and they had made me a new key in less than five minutes and it works perfectly. It was also only $10 which I was so surprised by, since I was about to pay $75 at a kiosk, but they did say I was lucky since I have no chip in my key. Thank you so much you guys! Best place around for your lock needs. Outstanding customer service both over the phone and in person. I only wished I had called them 1st. DON'T BE SCAMMED LIKE ME, call Westland Lock and key 1st. They DO offer house calls and Dennis was a dream. Helped me recode my garage door opener as well and even noticed the chain on the garage door was lose and adjusted that for me. That's 100% customer service folks! Just over and above service all around. They took me from an anxiety attack to safe and sound. I mean that! I will only use Westland Lock and Key for all my Lock needs and you should to if you want it done right and you want to feel safe when you go to bed at night....

The man was really nice and he came exactly on time. However, He tried to get over on me. Before I went to the bank I had asked him how much money do I owe and he said $$220. Then when I came back with my money he said I can just give him $260. I would have gave $260 but I was not having my sister take me back to the bank since he didn't say that when I asked him my total. Then he got mad and stormed off.
