Weston Park — Attraction in Weymouth

I like taking my so s to this park because there is plenty of shade. It is getting due for a remodel but the playground has a lot of features for the kids to play on. There is a play-sructure for the younger kids and a larger one for the older kids. There is a large double slide that spans a large hill. There is also a sand box. It is behind the Tufts Library which is open M-Th 9a-9pm and Fr-Sat 9a-5p. Closed Sunday. That's the school year schedule. Summer hours are different. There is Dunkin Donuts and a pizza place walkable. Although if you want the best pizza in Weymouth, your better of driving a 1/4 mile down the street to Main Street Deli.

If it's a hot summer day you may want to check out the Splash pad close by in Braintree. It's free and we'll kept. There's a playground beside it and the ice cream truck...

Love the park!! Just don't like how there's always bigger kids always hanging out in the way of the little kids who are just trying to play. Every time I've taken my children I've had to speak to the older kids to them to move out of the way so my 8 and 5yr old can go down the slide!!! They need to have some type patrol there to resolve this problems or else families are going to take their...
