Napoli House of Pizza — Restaurant in Weymouth

Rating and reviewing again since they took down my last review. This place is despicable. I’ve been ordering from here for years. When they moved locations their customer service and food quality changed. I had a few complaints about pizzas delivered that were not made correctly. One of the last times, I went in with the pizza to show them instead of calling them. The woman at the front register was immediately RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL upon opening the pizza to show her. One of the nicer ladies who makes the pizza came over because this girl was getting loud. The nice lady took the pizza for a look and I said “wait a minute I want to take a picture of the pizza first” As I went to take my pizza (which still hadn’t been refunded at this point), the woman working the register snatched it out of my hands AGGRESSIVELY. She should of been fired. A child has never snatched something like that from me. DESPICABLE. Oh and if you’re ordering delivery their website charges anywhere from $3-$4 extra and then the delivery fee and then the tip. A SMALL bbq chix pizza should not cost $30 to be delivered. For $30 I should be allowed to complain about my order or bring it in without the out right disrespectful behavior of this establishment. No one I know has ordered from there since...

I've given this place a few tries

I've ordered the Buffalo chicken calzone. It was super thin and almost pathetic. The crust and dough had no body to it. It was flat unrisen, dough with chucks of overcooked chicken which was very dry and so it gave me the impression that this was precooked (possibly left over chicken) and they threw some generic hot sauce on with the smallest ammount of cheese possible

The next thing I tried was the chicken gyro. Guys I kid you not it was the worst thing I have ever experienced. It was so tiny. No lettuce. The chicken was flavorless and dry and oddly so big and chunky so it made me feel like this chicken was pre-cooked for another course but it wss used in this order instead.

Very bad food. Truly. It's a shame because I suspect they would get better bussiness if they put a bit more care into the service they provide.

I ran out of gas yesterday in the Napoli Pizza parking lot. I ran in to tell the owner, George that I was calling AAA. George dropped all he was doing to help me and insisted I cancel the AAA request. He put the gas he had for his generator into my car. When that wasn’t quite enough he gave me the keys to his car to get more gas. He doesn’t know me at all but jumped to help. I couldn’t thank him enough. In a time where most people would have driven by he stayed by my side to assist. He mentioned assisting with the hope that should something happen to his family someone would stop to help. This is a lesson I will forever remember. We have always been customers of Napoli. The kindness George showed is also woven in the fabric of his business and staff. We will forever remain loyal...
