
The hot classes are the best for me. They are very challenging and rejuvenating once finished. I fell and ruptured my major pectoralis and major bicep 10 years ago. Hot yoga helps me stay pain-free for the most part. These classes are really powerful for the mind and body. Moira and Mary Beth are the two classes I have taken so far, and both made my arms shake.
