Brothers Roast Beef — Restaurant in Weymouth

If you have a car go to the quincy one dont waste your money here im so disgusted in them tonight that after 29 years and of all the places ive ever eaten that im so mad im writing my 1st review ever... First ...... They have a lady that dont speak english good answering calls now dont get me wrong i usually don't have a problem with that its like chinese food places but that dont even bother me i place my order with a diff lady get it then realize i didnt get my frys so i call again and add more stuff and get subs tell them mayo & pickles on the side my sub comes theres mayo on it so i cant have mayo im allergic so that is the only time i ever call and complain and i feel bad doing it and was kinda glad in a way that it did have mayo cause the bread was hard as a rock liget so my new sub gets here 15 mins later once it does i notice the size difference its a small and i paid for a lg so im heated cause i should get what i paid for but still dont complain cause its the little things like that, thats unnecessary but i open it and i go to pick it up and the whole thing slidws out my hand cause the bread was so soggy and it dont even make sense cause i didnt even get to put pickles on it yet reason y i dont get my pickles put on it but it was just remade and delievered not even 20 mins ago like my call time when i callrd about it was 17 mins ago so im like ok i just wont eat pretty much the whole middle but then the ends we're hard as a rock so i can't even eat any of it at all im a unemployed mom of 5 youngs kids homeless mind you been saving for a couple weeks so i can order out and have dinner myself for once and this is what happens i spend 80$ on food im unable to eat after having to mow peoples lawns in 90 degree weather just to fill my stomach for once and this happens im so beyond mad that i just thought id let people know dont bother with the weymouth place go to quincy my parents order from hea alot and every single time they have sumin wrong so when my dad aint working his 2 jobs he drives to quincy to get there food but i cant do that so i had no choice but to get it out hea now i know to NEVER order from weymouth again and will he letting all 1208 Facebook friends know as well that's how mad i am...

i called on 2-21-2018 at 3:40 pm to order food from them i always order food to my work address , the lady she answered the phone she said her name is simona i dont know if she give me the right name , but anyway i asked her couple question about what comes in the chicken sub she was so rude and before i finish my order for delivery she hangup the phone , i called back and i asked to speak with the manger , she said i cant talk to him , and she hang up the phone the second time , i called the third time to cancel my order because i dont want to eat from this place anymore she was so disrespectful and so rude , this is the first time in my life i will experience that very very very bad customer service specially when it comes to food , i used to recommend this place for all my friends at work and family and we usually order from them every day but not after this unprofessional and bad customer service and they dont deserve the 1 start at all i wish the have less...

Have been going to Brothers in Weymouth along with the other locations for as long as I can remember! Always amazing roast beef sandwiches and especially the onion rings. Fought over where to eat tonight and decided brothers was our best option to kill our cravings! Ordered the usual sandwiches and a large onion ring and much to my dismay the onion rings are now not homemade and frozen from a bag. Just to make sure I wasn’t crazy I called to confirm my suspicions. The girl as lovely as she was on the phone gave me a disappointing confirmation that the onion rings are now a frozen product.
