Altitude Industries Overland & Truck Gear — Attraction in Wheat Ridge

Quick Update - ended up driving here from Chicago with an iKamper 2.0 on the Land Cruiser factory rails. Bought the RHINO RACK rails and platform for the Land Cruiser and had the iKamper re-installed on the new RHINO RACK Rails and Platform. These guys are insanely laser focused on attention to detail and their installs are done the way you would treat your own vehicle if you were doing the install. Those RHINO RACK systems are ridiculously solid. They also installed some custom wind deflection material to reduce road noise, based on customer feedback. My only regret is not buying the RTT from these guys, but I had already purchased it before figuring out I needed a new Rack. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Very Customer Focused organization. The showroom is super cool as well... My oldest college son and I ended up visiting the Top 10 National Parks out west for the next 30 days (Teton, Arches, Zion, Canyonlands, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Bryce, Redwood, Joshua Tree, Grand Canyon, and a week or so in Moab). If you are hitting BLM out west, stop by and talk with these guys to make sure you have what you need for extreme off road adventures. Got some really super sturdy camp chairs also as they had all this stuff in stock. Freaking awesome storage bags as well for the chairs with giant #10 or #12 YKK zippers which will likely last forever. Get one of those Bat Wing looking awnings while you are there - it's the one thing we didn't buy that we should have. And they stock those as well. That sun is brutal and shade is basically what you bring with you.

Customer Service is incredible. Have been communicating, after hours, no less, with them for two days now about a new rack and rails for my Land Cruiser. They do not try to oversell you or sell you something you do not need. If I end up getting a rack and rails I will only purchase it from these guys. They literally responded to email at 10PM and again at like 6AM this morning. Support your small businesses and check...

Can't say enough good things about this place, and the service. Altitude Industries has the absolute best and top of the line equipment around, hands down. Beyond their choice of gear, I've had some custom work done on racks on my F-150 - Lee always goes above and beyond in craftsmanship and fabrication. It's unreal.

Originally, I decided to give Lee my business after he spent considerable time with me on the phone walking through different options, costs, his ideas, etc. while I was shopping around. He truly has a passion for this stuff. Years later, he will still go out of his way to answer questions, give information, and make sure you have everything you need to maximize your off-road experience.

Wow!! It is rare to find a place that is so dedicated to honesty, perfection, service, and a fair price! I had a number of needs for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler build out that were part of theur expertise; but some critical things new to Altitude as well. They made it all work with a tremendous amount of creativity, skill, and innovation. It all came together for thousands of dollars less than the estimates I received from other reputable 4x4 shops.

They also do a great deal of research into what is the best products in the myriad of the 4x4 vast world of goods. If something is not in their reptoire; and they are not confident they can deliver, they have referred me out to excellent back up.
