At 6 AM I arrived at the 4945 Kipling St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 location. The web says it should be open . I parked my car in front on the building across two parking spots so I could see when the window was taking orders . Near 7 am a huge truck drove up to within inches of my vehicle and started flashing her lights at me. I found out she worked there as she unlocked the door and took my order. It was difficult to understand her as she had a thick accent with might have been one of the Slovak languages. When I got my order I protested her truck assaulting me. She proceeded to throw condiment packages at me and cuss at me in a foreign language. I have heard nothing from the franchise owner , much less a apology from them, so I must assume that that kind of abuse of customers is not only accepted, but is condoned by the owner. I did get a call from the area representative , but he also neglected to apologize for the store manager, who I found out was the one that showed up late for work to open the store, and threatened me with her huge truck. I have delayed posting a review of that location thinking that she probably was late to open the store because her employee neglected to inform her that they would not be there to open the store that day. I understand the difficulty with so many employees being so slack in their attendance in this day and age, not to mention sickness being a bigger factor. But there is no reason for her to take out her frustration on me, who has found that it is normal for that location to open late. Read moreI ordered a free cheeseburger for my daughter and when i gave the code..they tyoed it in wrong...made me pull forward. Thats when i was introduced to the two women working at 7:30pm on Sep 6th. At the location near kipling and 51st. Right across from the Starbucks. These two women, one younger and one much ",bigger/older" made my 2 twins aged 4yrs old feel wrong because they didnt type the number right. Then when i asked for the sauces for the second time they said yes they are in th3 bag and whn i pulled off...there was no sauces in the bag. I then quickly realized our entire order was COVERED IN SALT...THEY HAD DOUSED OUR ENTIRE ORDER IN SALT...THE CHEESEBURGERS WE GOT...MY DAUGHTER CHICKEN NUGGETS AND THEY ALSO ORDER3D ME THE LONG CHICKEN SANDWICH I DID NOT ASK FOR...I HAD WONDER3D WHY THE TOTAL WAS SOO EXPENSIVE...IT WAS DUE TO THEM ORDERING ME THIS LONG CHICKEN SANDWICH I DIDNT ORDER AND I TRIED TO ACCEPT AND EAT IT BUT THEY HAS COVERED THE SANDWICH AND MAYO IN SALT. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL...THESE WOMEJ NEED FIREF AND OR I NEED A REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE $10.77 CENTS I WASTED personally...i go to this burger king several times a week and have never had an issue...for whatever reason these women started the order off bad as soon as i told them i had a code for a free burger...they took that as i was assulting them or making thier job difficult... Read moreso i normally don't write reviews but the service i received today (11/22/2022) at around 8:20am was horrendous. as we maybe took or 2 minutes deciding what we wanted, we had the lady come over the speakers and tell us to hurry up as her "timer was running up" several times. there were no other customers in the drive thru and none behind us. we just kinda decided on a thing quickly because she was being rude and huffy. when we got up to the window, we paid and she didn't give me back my card until we got our food, which is unusual for me. we ordered 6 items, four of which were cold and two were maybe lukewarm at best. as apart of our order, we ordered two bacon doubles but there was maybe one strip of bacon per sandwich. now this burger king has always been meh so we never have high standards because it is also the only one close to us but this time it was actually horrible. we paid around $20 for a meal i wouldn't have even paid $2 for because we had to go home and reheat EVERYTHING. i hope the owner, manager, corporate, whatever sees this and fixes the problem because this is actually horrible. i would also like to mention we only live like a two minute drive away from this burger king so it is impossible, had everything been made fresh, that it would have gotten completely cold in the time it took us...
