Very bad quality. I lost the diamond for the third time on the same place on my engagement ring. Last time I wore the ring ONE DAY!! after fixing and the diamond was lost again! My husband’s wedding band broke after 2 months of wear. When I called, the employee (Russian speaking) invited me to speak another language that I don’t know, was rude and interrupted, I couldn't even say two words, also employee told me it's normal !! to lose gems and that it’s not a problem! When I asked to change the ring for a new one, the employee told that they can’t do this and invited me to come whenever I lost a diamond. But I wait longer for my ring then I wear it.
