I have had a terrible experience at this store. When I bought my iPhone 11 Pro last year, the salesperson convinced me to buy a screen protector from the store. I had previously used Zagg products and was so happy with Zagg's service - any time my screen protector cracked, I mailed it in, paying a $5 shipping fee, and they sent me a replacement for no additional cost.
The salesperson convinced me that I would have the same service from Victra and would save the $5 on shipping. He said that anytime the screen cracked, I could come into a Verizon store and have the screen replaced at no cost to me.
It turns out what he told me is not true. My screen cracked and the store is now telling me that it will cost $54.99 each time the screen needs to be replaced. I asked them to credit me the money back for their inaccurate sales information and I would happily go back to a Zagg product, but that request was denied. They acknowledged that the information I received from the salesperson was wrong, but are leaving me to pay the price for their employee's mistake. The lack of integrity in their sales tactics and refusal to honor the promises that were given has left me feeling so taken advantage of. I wanted to share my story so that others will be aware that their words can not be taken at face value and their service recovery is poor. I would NOT recommend buying any products or services...
