Sent my file to have printed some time in the afternoon and a few hours have passed and it was getting close to closing time (about 1.5 hour to closing time) and I havenât heard back. I called this ups and was told they never got my email so I emailed them again with one of the workers on the phone to make sure they got it. After sending my file again one of the gal said she will have someone print it right away as I will be around the neighborhood. I waited 10+ mins or so before I stopped here and when I got there my file never got printed and it took another 5 close to 10 minutes. Not sure if the worker with the accent (Donna?) or these workers simply donât understand what borderless printing means as I even explained it so that I did not waste my time going to which I still did. The accent lady suggested she could trim the borders so that it will be borderless but then the paper size changes and thatâs not even what I had requested and she wasnât listening to my request at all and none of these two ladies did. Everything was discussed over the phone and confirmed they could print it but clearly these ladies did not know what they were doing. I then called back to see who I spoke to initially and needed the name of the gal I had spoken to and Donna whatever her name is with the accent asked why with an attitude over the phone and said they probably left? Spoke to this person close to 5PM before I headed out and I guess they suddenly left before I got there? I understand she tried to help and didnât take the call but it was also the other gal who spoke to me that didnât relay the message, gal with accent did ask me what I wanted and I sure did let her know but she still suggested ways that wasnât going to work if the printer canât even print borderless. She also claims she told me they donât do borderless printing and could print bigger for me and cut it down to a A4 format when she did not when I was at the store. I did leave right after gal with an accent said she could just trim the white borders off my 8.5x11 paper print with most of the time with her back faced away from me while on the computer and I just answered no and thatâs not what I wanted and left. Even if being a new employee or not find the answers or ask another colleague if theyâre unsure to avoid situations like this.    Read moreAvoid at all costs!!  This owner says her name is "Sheila" has absolutely no respect for her clients time.  I go in at 11:00 am there is one CSR who is doing her best to handle 12 people in line.  Then after 20 minutes the owner (Sheila) waltzes in with her Starbucks coffee.  I finally get to the counter and they cannot find my package even though their store confirmed the day prior it was there.  I tried to explain to her that her store told me it was there yesterday when I called to confirm delivery.  She then told me that I would have to come back she cant fine it. I said I had already been there for a half hour. I don't have time to come back.  She then told me next time not to send it to her UPS store. Just have it delivered to my house.  She would call UPS and find out what happened, then call me back. I went into this location to ship a box of gifts up to Fargo at least four days before Christmas Eve and I was hoping it would still arrive in time for Christmas. I was told by a female employee that the only way it would arrive in time for Christmas was if I shipped it overnight or pay for 2 day shipping which cost over $50 and if I shipped regular ground it wouldnât arrive until the 28th or 29th. I was disappointed but chose to ship it ground for $16 and change and accept the gifts would arrive after Christmas. The recipient called me on Christmas Eve to let me know they received the box I sent to them on Friday the 23rd. Iâm so glad I didnât fall for that story I was given and paid $50 for the package to arrive the same day as it did for $16!!! They would have pocketed the overcharge I would have paid if I fell for that bogus story. Theyâre very unorganized and do not know how to handle being busy.
