I can't say that the service is horrible, employees doing what they are told what to do...my question is where the responsibility lies on defective products? As a customer, spending money, if it doesn't work....where does the refund/exchange occur? If any? I bought a device tried it in store...yes it worked...I literally walked outside and walked back in to let them know something was wrong...because I walked out...there was nothing they could do??? Nothing?? The gentleman literally had a conversation with me during the purchase about product issues...hence the reason of me trying it in store. I never had prior issues with this brand, didn't off the initial puff or two in store...get out to my car, take a puff and the battery/vape will not automatically shut off...I go in and was told I walked out and because I initially said it was fine....no refund, no exchange! Seriously?? If you are having product issues, it should not be the customers problem nor should they be held to whatever issues you may be experiencing on your end...as a business owner you should be honoring your products and holding vendors or products to the satisfaction that you as as business stand for. For that, I will not be returning. You are gaining providing defective products with no intention of positive customer satisfaction and quality products. Read moreI was sold 2 faulty vapes in a row. Will not be going back here ever again. The first disposable (esco bar) I got did not even last a week. These usually last me 3-4 weeks. So I was surprise that this one died so quick so I just brushed it off and thought it probably was the cold weather. Then I went and bought another Esco bar but this time a different flavor. The cashier told me to open and try it and I did. Took one puff and it worked so I thought no biggie. As soon as I got into my car and took 2-3 more puffs the taste was awful. BURNT taste. They do their best but on more than one occasion they were unwilling to replace lightly used and defective items because they "couldn't sell it anymore". This kind of inflexibility doesn't exactly excite me as a customer. Just thought I should honestly report my experiences with this place.
