Audio Phonics — Attraction in White Township

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE SEEN WHAT THIS PLACE HAS DONE!!!!!!!! I start out with a phone call to SAM asking her if she can complete an install for my sons vehicle had the harness everything all wired up but could not get power she tells me they just need to run a power line to the radio and put the dash back together quick fix. 35 or 40 bucks So I send my son down there 45 minutes later they pull the car out and charge him 70. Ok no big deal. It took a little longer. He calls me up and said they got the radio working but they just set it in the dash and did not put the dash back together it’s just sitting in the dash. WHO DOES THIS... so I called them up and spoke with the husband and he tells me that they weren’t asked to put it all back together . But if I send them back they’ll be more than happy to do it for an additional 170 bucks. Biggest rip off ended joke of a business I would never recommend anybody go in there but that’s just my opinion if you do I hope you receive better service than what we did they will never have our...

I had a whole speaker system, including a head unit and 12" sub, installed by Sam and Bruce. They did a fantastic job! Easy to work with, great options in the shop. Down to earth real people that are interested in your expectations and are insightful on how to get you there.

What I appreciate most is that they offered their input and we're up front on cost and reliability of the different products. I am greatful that they guided me in the decision making process because the end result was a budget friendly powerful system that meets all my needs. I have enjoyed the set up the last 6 months so much that I decided I need to go back and write a review! :-)...

I live in Louisiana but working here so I had to trust someone and I had a new radio with google maps and car play put I my 2016 dodge and the static and echo was really bad when talking on the phone people could not hear me and they heard it as well when I called them. After calling and calling they changed it out and it still done it. They changed the mic when I took it back and they told me that was all they knew to do and it still does the same thing so I never called them again I just chalked it up to 1,100 dollars...
