Very bizarre seller. Tried to cheat us and had very unprofessional frightening delivery Mexicans. Do not pre-pay these people for products until they deliver to you undamaged. And do not let them into your house without at least one man present. Although Delrose Carson and Chuck Poydence were very charming in the store, the delivery drivers they sent out from Maryland were a Tijuana nightmare. I already knew the order arrived incomplete and that they were also refusing to take the old bed out of our room, but got a feeling of trouble and rushed home from very busy work obligations to find two men in the bedroom with my pregnant 90 pound wife, refusing to leave when she refused to sign for a mattress that was soaking wet. They said she must sign it because they had other deliveries to make. She and my 86 year old female neighbor had been cowering in front of them for fifteen minutes already, as they refused to comply with my wife's refusal. I ordered them to leave, and then looked out when they had loaded their wet mattress and the truck was gone, leaving their box springs and a frame in our room along with all the old bed pieces. Some moron from their warehouse called me later in the day and said the men were fearful for their safety, and I informed him that I was much more fearful for my wife's safety. I guess things look a little bit different for Pedro when the dad comes home and he can't abuse the women! A week later, after no calls from Delrose Carson or Chuck Poydence or anyone, I visited the dealer in Indiana PA and Chuck said he was very concerned about the transaction (???!!!!). He said we must buy the furniture and I said no way! The following day I had to carry the leftover pieces in my truck and dump them on their doorstep! OMG! What an undignified way to be treated! It gets more strange. After I left their box springs and frame at the store, Chuck Poydence finally actually made a call to me. He said I must come immediately and remove the items from their property or he would call the police! I said please do so. That must have been a very amusing crime investigation call for the officers. I swear this is a true story. I can no longer be angry because it is too comical. UPDATE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PROSUCTS!!! When we bought the mattress and electric frame, we were told "if there is anything wrong with it- don't refuse delivery, instead sign for it and let us know, we'll replace it. That way you aren't left without a bed." Then asked to put a good review on for the salesman. He was chatismatic, so i did. THE WAS A REASON THEY SAID NOT TO REDUSE SERVICE. The $1000 frame had a piece not attatched and I called that day. I was promised a replacement-MANY weekly calls, monthly calls, and a few emails later (5 months later)- I was discusted and disbelieving in thier empty promises. They must have realized that i was worn down and offerd a 200 dollar credit and for someone to come fix it. A death in our the family caused a scheduling challenge. I was never contacted again. THEY NEVER REPLACES THE DELIVERED BROKEN FRAME AND NEVER CREDITED A PENNY. Please read the below to be as empty, hollow, and dishonest and deceitful as thier words were to my family.

**Update: Two weeks since this was originally posted. Which was weeks before the original price match process started, we are still awaiting a check for a "price match" which is different than a "price match guarantee" the price match guarantee is difference +50% and is for competitors but when asked if it applies to their own models " oh ofcourse thats how we most often have to owner the PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE"

in reality they will only pay the difference if it is their own model. Sleeze balls
