Took 2 vehicles here and didnât have a good experience either time. First time I took my old 88 GMC here, it has a West Virginia license plate. When they read the plate out loud to add to their system a tech under a car started laughing out loud once he heard âWest Virginiaâ I asked what was so funny about that and the manager said âoh he just laughs randomly all the timeâ⌠sureâŚ. Second time I came with my wifeâs GLC, we showed up and they said they didnât have a filter for her car and wonât for about a week and half. We were encouraged by the manager to go purchase one from autozone and theyd use it. So thatâs what we did. We essentially double paid for the oil filter bc we were told by the tech âthe price is built in so even if I remove the filter itâll be the same price.â He double downed and said nothing could be done about that. Which whatever, then they asked us âwhat kind of oil do you normally put in here?â They then spent the next 20 mins browsing out owners manual trying to find what oil goes in my vehicleâŚ. Once they finally figured it out it costed marginally more than I usually payâŚ. 0/10 experience 2 times. This is what I get for not going to Clarksburg Sunoco. I always go there and never have an issue. Learned my lesson, wonât go back and forever customer to...
Read moreVery dishonest workers here. When I pulled into the bay, they immediately started checking things under the hood and didn't ask me which services I wanted done, no warm greeting at all. I had to point out that all I wanted done was an oil change and tire rotation, and I showed two individuals that I had a $15 off coupon for a synthetic oil change. After services were completed, I paid and started to drive off while looking at the printed invoice receipt...that's when I noticed they hadn't taken off the $15, so I parked and went into the shop and asked why they didn't apply the $15 off. I looked straight at one of the two guys I showed the coupon to, and all he did was shake his head "no" and walked away, completely ignoring my reminder. It wasn't until the asst. mgr. (Rico) came over, looked around the terminal, and found my printed $15 off coupon and proceeded to make things right. Regardless, the complete disregard by the two workers, the lack of communication and pricing, and the failure to warmly greet me are all red flags here. This was my first and last visit to this...
Read moreI tried to Drop my Chevrolet Colorado truck that was due for an oil change at Delaney, and they werenât interested in helping me because I did not schedule an appointment. While my wife was in Walmart, I drove across to Valvoline for an oil change, and they honored the $25 coupon I was mailed, but was still at my house. In addition they even fixed my burned out parking light bulb for no charge as I had an extra bulb in the glove compartment. This totally revolutionizes oil changes In Indiana if youâre into multitasking. You can drop your wife off at Walmart, and while she is shopping, you can get an oil change. The price was a little higher, but everything was done well and promptly. The only down side is you have to sit in your vehicle, and you cannot drop it off and join your wife in Walmart. However, if you donât like to go to shopping at Walmart for the family groceries, I guess...
