Today I made a mobile order to this location so that my son could pick up breakfast for me. I ordered the chive potato bites, lemon loaf, hot cocoa and a tall pecan crunch latte. When I received it, there was so much heavy cream added to the latte that it wasn't even drinkable. My beverage was $6.75. I called the store and spoke with Alexis who told me that I had to return to the store today for a refund, which was not possible because I was not driving and was not able to return to the store today, I live on the other side of town. She told me that I can call corporate to resolve. When I asked if she was the manager, she said "no, Bobby was the manager.". When I asked to speak to Bobby, she said "Bobby is in the hospital.". I said if Bobby is in the hospital, who is managing the store?". She then said she was, I told her that I was definitely calling corporate to request the refund, but to also report this interaction. Read moreI hate writing bad reviews but I've given this location so many chances, and it just keeps getting worse. Starbucks lost a customer in me because of this location. This location used to be a well-managed, organized, and amazing place to visit (and order ahead on the app with). Over the last few months, the place has fallen apart. Many many days the order ahead service is not available on the app -- I'm not sure if this is an app problem but every other location at the time of ordering has the service, so it seems like a "this location" issue. Drink orders routinely take 10+ mins. It is disorganized and looks in disarray. It doesn't look like anyone is in charge (note: previous management was fantastic!). And a few times now, the location should be open (6am) but when I arrive around 6:10/6:15 they say they're not ready yet. Just this morning, I rolled up for my usual morning run and it was shockingly busy, yet like a well oiled machine, they rolled out orders fast without becoming short with people. It was BOOM "mobile order for John, have a great day" BOOM "Sarah, do you want a drink carrier?" BOOM "Mobile order for Jenny." And despite knowing that the business must have been stressful for them, no one working looked stressed, they all seemed to be in a good mood-- which in turn makes visitors feel like we're in a good mood too. Positivity breeds positivity.
