I want to give this guy a bad review simply because he was rude but he did make the situation right eventually. I bought a holo dark gyarados and when I got home I noticed it had some imperfections that I did not notice at the store because of the poor lighting. I called him to let him know I was not happy about it and wanted to exchange it. At first he refused to do anything but after some debating back and fourth he finally allowed it maybe because I brought it back within an hr after purchasing. When I got in the store he told me the imperfections weren’t a big deal and I was ridiculous. The only reason I’m not giving him a lower rating is because he made it right but I will say after the experience I won’t come back to his store. In my opinion the area where the single cards are kept is not lit up well you’ll probably want to use a flashlight to make sure you can examine what you buy thoroughly. I waited to write this review because of absolute disappointment. This store was some months back robbed and I seen on the news they were a small business wanting to make it. I live on this side of town and wanted to do what we could to purchase from them. I've gone 4 different times and each time this was our experience. Walked in excited to purchase items, owner sat on her phone and didn't even acknowledge us. Asked for help and it was like she couldn't be bothered to get off her cell phone scrolling Facebook. The store was very dirty when we went in. The owners wife is super rude. The prices don't match when you get to the register and when you question that, it's a debate. I will never ever return. Absolutely amazing place. Ant is a real gem. The thing that got me was when I went in with some items to trade, he didn't say "I'll give you 20 bucks for this," he ASKED ME "What I'm looking to get" and worked with me from there. He's in business to make repeat customers not just make dollars. His prices are more than fair, most things I saw were a good 10-15% off retail, and this is a retail store. He has the biggest selection in town for WHAT YOU WANT. No like vintage stock that is 90% filler junk that never moves. With that said, I hate vintage stock, like tradepost, but love Mopigs.
