The Shops at Williamsburg — Attraction in Williamsburg

I don't usually go to outlet malls but thought it would be a nice day trip. Most of the employees were very pleasant except for a couple. Some of the prices (end of season mark downs) were considerably lower which was a nice surprise. The one thing that left A bad taste in my mouth was I had to ask about sale pricing or coupons. I went to customer service for their savings booklet and was told it was $10. I said no thank you but then as I was leaving I noticed this rather large ad on the wall. It said if I joined the membership program the book was free. So I joined via online & went to claim my booklet of coupons. She took me out of the program & entered my information from her computer. I found it extremely insulting to be told it was going to cost me $10 when the large ad directly behind me clearly advertised free. Very patronizing which made me feel I was being deceived on more than one occasion in several of the...

I love this outlet mall. We do not have anything like this in my location, so we drive a little over an hour to shop here. I love all the stores offered, store clerks are always so nice and helpful. We try to get to this mall at least a couple times a year, we get so many great deals, it makes it so worth the trip!! We always have such good fun memories of our trips to Williamsburg. We really appreciate this mall and look forward to many more trips. Few favorite stores... Under Armour, Nike, Coach, Banana Republic, the Chocolate Factory, the Kitchen Store... We always find super prices!! Also, love they have the map & store listings on the Internet, so you can plan your trip ahead of time and find coupons or specials each store offers. My friend took me to a nail salon located in this outlet mall. The owner did both of are nail. Full set. I could not be happier! ❤❤❤❤❤ She had a great personality and great experience! They also do pedicures too! YOUR BEST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FIRST❤. They do get very busy. One of the main workers is a diabetic and sadly will skip her lunch and checking her sugars around lunchtime for those who walk in. 😔 Don't assume your not going to be waited on just because someone HAS to take there lunch that there lazy. Because she's the best one there! So yes please call ahead. If they have time they will absolutely fit you in. They also do pedicures in a messaging seat and the water is nice a hot!
