Hello. My name is Elena Horta. I’m a bilingual (Spanish and English) speaking trainer. My journey throughout bodybuilding is very interesting and inspiring. My story may not have been very big, but not having much self confidence during my younger years made me realize that I have an opportunity to change and become something I can be proud of. I started weightlifting in 2011. I was 5'5” and weighed 175 lbs. Since I started weightlifting I fell in love with it. How beautiful a muscular body can be and how much dedication it takes to accomplish it. The strength and power that comes from training and accomplishing your goals. I had to dedicate myself to get the body I wanted. Nobody showed me how to build certain body parts, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying it and pushing forward. The best thing about going to the gym is that some of my friends and others would complement me and ask if I could spot them or ask what I do to train certain body parts. I would smile and show them what to do. Sometimes I’d see somebody working out on a machines wrong and I’ll go up to them and tell them what body parts are they trying to work out. After they told me, I’d help them out or teach them how to use the machine. I love helping out people and seeing their smile on their faces. I love what I do. That’s why I became a personal trainer. I know what it takes and I've been there myself. I love to see my clients smile and feel confident about themselves. Society shows us that skinny is the best thing, but we all have different body types. It doesn't matter who you are or how you look. If you have the motivation and dedication to make a change for yourself, then I’ll help you on your journey. I’ll feel accomplish when you can feel good about yourself and have a smile on your face when you see yourself become better and healthier. As a personal trainer I inspired to be the best. I know that I can push you to the limit and more. I can confidently say that no matter how long it takes, I promise to make you the person you wish to become. This isn't only a job for me it's a dream and I want to thank you all for giving me the opportunity and a chance to share my dreams with you. Thank You Very...
Read moreHas every piece of equipment you could ask for while still having a well balanced free weight section along with a good amount of cardio equipment. Awesome supplement shop which carries alot of brands complete does not (my favorite being the muscle eggs). You may have to park behind, or on one the the sides which isnt a big deal to me when the front is filled. Small group in the am and a large group between 5-730 pm. I think this is the best gym in the area but I train for bodybuilding I know alot people do cardio or strongman and may find another gym accommodates there needs. Only complaint is two pieces of equipment that are needing repair that seem to be taking a while to get back and going but that could of been because of the rona shutting everything down and everything just now getting back to normal. Awesome gym come...
