I brought my dog, Bubby, in on February 8th for a haircut and all the basic stuff. When I arrived home and got my dog out of the car I noticed blood on the seat of my car and that his paw was all bloody. Upon closer examination, I saw his dew claw and two other nails were cut very short and all of them were bleeding a lot. I understand that quicking a dogs nail is bound to happen but not to this extent…

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Handcrafted Pet Spa!! Ellie always comes home smelling so wonderful!! She seems happy when I pick her up!! Everyone is so so nice!! I would recommend the handcrafted pet spa every day of the week!!! Literally the best place I have ever taken her!! We will be staying with Handcrafted Pet Spa!! Love...

They do an inconsistent good job, been going here for a while. Not sure why sometimes the groom is really well done and next time like someone learning to be a groomer. It's too bad they don't have better customer service. Seeking new groomer, I shouldn't have to go back for them...

Today I took my Boston, Piggy Wiggly, for her 2nd nail trim, she will NOT let me do it.. She's so calm for them it's amazing - and such a reasonable price! Very nice people!!!
