I was at the theater Sunday night with my two children when my 9 year old said his stomach hurt. We went to the lobby and he proceeded to throw up in the trash can. He was getting sick for a while and I asked the guy working (a teenager) for some water and a trash bag for the ride home. He was very helpful and got me these things and then kept an eye on my son when I went back into the theater to get my daughter. When we came back out he gave me 3 free passes so we could return and see the end of the movie. But on the other hand I like the fact that Wilmington does have a functioning place to see a flick. Pop corn is good and not as expensive as most theaters. $5.50 for a large. But the large is the size of a medium in most places. The sound is just good enough. The seats are older and don't recline, but they have enough padding for your butt not to fall asleep through the movie. Concrete floors in the auditorium. Nothing fancy....But, you can watch a movie. I believe that they forgot to clean it after the remodel. There were cobwebs above the lights, lots of them. I used the bathroom and saw cobwebs under the stall walls.
