Hmm. Where do i start because the experience i just had is not even deserving of a star! I ordered 2 pizzas for myself and the guests i have over and they told me it was a 30 minute waiting time. I got home with the food and everyone grabbed a plate full. The pizza was not hot so when i called to explain to the manager how dissatisfied i was, she offered to make me new ones and told me to bring back the leftovers. So i did and thankfully got there when she was taking them out of the oven. When she opened the boxes she gave the WORST PMS ATTITUDE i have ever seen in a workplace! She told me that we ate "too much" of the pizza and that now she's losing money because she had to make me new ones. I explained to her that i am not gonna take back pizza that i served to my guests. And also i should not have been told 30 minutes on a tuesday night if it wasnt gonna take that long to prepare it! She continued to huff and puff flailing around with her friggin pizza pan thing and gave me the WORST experience i have ever had. So beware fellow pizza lovers because these people clearly serve leftovers if shes complaining about how much we ate out of my returned pizza and losing money...
Read moreWe have been ordering here for years. On october 14th we ordered 2 pizzas one was completely burnt. We where unable to get ahold of anyone from approximately 7pm to 9 pm the finally picked up after saying they where closed. We where finally able to explain that it was burnt and the employee agreed she remembered the pizzas and they did look a little burnt she apologized and said she would give us a credit for next time we order. Today we called they had no idea what we where talking about they where claiming that there is nothing in there system of the order and then began to give attitude to me about it as if we where trying to pull a fast one. I have had the burnt issue before and decided to let it go now where on time number 3 so I then called. I'm in disbelief of the attitude on the phone from Alanna that says she is a owner. I worked in the pizza bussness for a few years I understand it can be over whelming but there is no excuse for giving the customer attitude. I have always supported small bussness but after this fiasco I'll take it elsewhere no one customer isnt going to bankrupt you but at least I'll get the right order from someone else....
Read moreI was placing an order last week and I am sooo upset. I actually had to wait to do this review because I needed to calm myself down. The girl that was taking my order was extremely nice, but we were having a hard time hearing each other so she had to keep switching phones. All I was waiting for was a time of delivery and leaving a tip on my card when I was put on hold again. I was waiting when another female came on the phone. She said "what's the problem?" I responded with, "I'm sorry?" And she proceeded to yell at and informed me that I was being rude. I was so taken back and I said" What is going on, and why are you yelling at me?" And I asked to speak to the manager and then she informed me that she was the owner for the past 8 years. I was soooo shocked. I simply said some few choice words as she yelled over me using profanity. I previously had left a wonderful review months ago and have since removed it. NEVER AGAIN!!
