TRIC is absolutely phenomenal. If you are a lover of the show One Tree Hill, this place is a MUST SEE to visit if you are in Wilmington. The first time I walked into the building, I felt like I was transported into an episode. The details that were put into recreating Red Bedroom Records, Naley’s Wedding board, and Peyton’s locker are the epitome of nostalgia! You can take pictures, create memories that will last a lifetime, and pick up one of a kind One Tree Hill merchandise. The staff are some of the sweetest people you could ever meet and are happy to help and answer any questions you may have. There are also fun and exciting events held inside of TRIC including One Tree Hill Movie Nights, Painting Events, and an opportunity to support St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital if you are able to attend their Friend’s With Benefits Charity Events. That charity event can change your life and the lives of so many others so if you have an opportunity to to go,...
Read moreTRIC is hands down my favorite stop in Wilmington. The team at FWB Charity events have brought all the things that remind you of One Tree Hill into that historic warehouse! From red bedroom records to the Naley wall, Peyton and Brookes lockers and so many other props set up. If you have the chance to come during A Weekend in Tree Hill you will even get to see the TRIC bar set up and see a live concert with your favorite Tree Hill musicians (my fav part of the weekend). Also, all the volunteers are so nice and helpful with any questions I may have or even there to take your pic! I could not recommend TRIC more!! Go go go...you will not regret it!! Can’t wait to be back at...

I think the owners should put a little more effort into the appearance of the warehouse and fill up the missing spaces. Recreating the set in a more inviting way. Overall $20 is not really worth the tour itself. You walk around the whole place in less than 10 minutes and it’s very quiet. Music from the show around the place would be cool. They do hold events here occasionally but if you’re gonna charge $20 for a tour at least put more effort into the ambience of the venue. Make the place less dead. I would come back again if...
