I walked into this store with no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff greeted me with respect and didn’t try to push me to buy the first mattress I looked at. They took the time to explain their prices, why they are as low as they are and their mission statement as a discount store. As a young adult, I often find it difficult to make big purchases since most department stores are commission based and that drives them to make me spend as much as possible. This was not the case here. The staff took the time to show me every option they had to offer and even gave me time to leave the store and think about what it was that I wanted. After getting an AMAZING deal on both the mattress, box spring, cover AND frame, there was no doubt that Mattress Outlet of Winchester was the best choice for my budget and lifestyle. It’s been a few days since I’ve purchased my Delhia mattress. It’s still the MOST comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on and I’ve yet to encounter any issues with the purchase that I’ve made. Amazing Service with awesome deals! I was on a tight budget and went to this location (with two children in tow, so I was already alittle stressed ) and the Employees (Ben , Phillip? and a girl whom I didn't catch the name of) were absolutely the most helpful dedicated staff I have seen at a business in a long time! Ben Worked with me and my budget anddddd loaded up my vehicle at the same time as keeping the smile on his face and playing with my youngest sitting in his car seat while strapping down my car, talk about multi tasking and going the extra mile! I was able to leave there within my budget and with beds that are truly sooo comfortable!! What could have been a pain of a day driving around looking for something, quickly turned around as soon as I walked in their door. Went to Mattress Outlet with a room mate who was desperately trying to find an affordable mattress and box spring. After going to the usual reputable stores, she found that mattresses were just out of her price range, and slept on the couch for a while. Her mom told her about this place so we checked it out. Exceptional, affordable, and friendly. I never write reviews but for what this gentleman is doing he deserves it. The employees at Mattress Outlet don't get paid commission which is the best part they are there to find you the mattress you want, regardless of the price. After my friend said she didn't have a way of transporting it, that she would need to pay the delivery fee, the owner, asked what type of vehicle she drove, and stated that he could tie it to the top for us.
