Main Community Park — Attraction in Windsor

Cool equipment. This park is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of natural trees 🌳providing plenty of shade. A tire swing would be awesome as its one of my favorite and kids love to be pushed fast The kids enjoyed themselves as did I. We did find ourselves in a bit of an (all eyes 👀 on us) situation. Several parents just watched me and my wife wherever we moved. They did not hide or make it not so obvious. Don't know what that was about, maybe cause we weren't the corporate skin complexion. Or maybe I was looking fit and my wife is nice looking. The eyes were piercing yet bothered us none at all. This park is awesome. There are 2 playgrounds here. The one for small children has a play structure that includes bridges, stairs and multiple slides. There is a swing set that has an adult and child combo swing, regular swing and baby swing. The bigger kid park has a huge climbing rope structure and a giant slide (husbands its not for you just kids haha). There is a merry go round, a zipline (when its not broken), a cargo net swing, and many smaller climbing ropes including a hammock and a nest like structure. We happened to choose a Airbnb property literally on the same street as this wonderful green space and kids park. There is a large horseshoe pit with at least 10 lanes as well as a large gazebo, two playgrounds and multiple pavilions. The newer playground was dedicated in 2020 and has a fantastic rope ‘pirate ship’ as well as a zip line and other equipment. The other playground is a bit older but still in good shape and is geared toward younger children with a swing set, multiple slides and other similar equipment.
