I would like to report bad customer service I received from a cashier and a Manager. I went into the Martin Luther King location of Compare foods and I noticed all the shopping carts were chained and locked. It was. About 3:00 PM. I asked the cashier if she could get someone to unlock the cart for me. She said āNoā and shook her head. I then asked the Manager if he could unlock a cart. He was a tall skinny man. He ignored me so I asked again. He screamed at me and said āI HEARD YOU! In a Minuteā... He walked out of the door with a bottle of water. I decided to leave since I could not shop because of no shopping cart. As I got into my car, I saw the Manager outside pouring Water into a bowl for a dog. He met a lady he knew outside to give her dog water, which is why he was rude to me. The lady could have given the dog water. Each person i spoke to was rude. I begged to spend money and they still gave me no shopping cart. They had 2 customers in line. The store was not busy. This is unacceptable. I will never shop there again. Please teach them customer service and how to accept...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been shopping and buying my groceries from Compare Foods, in different cities for a long time. This is a brand new location and for started I'd like to compliment how cleanliness of this place. Also everything and I do mean every single time in this this was very well organized. They carry plenty of fresh foods and international foods brands/products. This is not as big as a store compared to most Compare foods that I usually shop at, but overall if you need to get fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and meat then this is the place for you to shop. They do have a meat department, a deli department and a customer service help desk. The checkout process was very quick and they have friendly staff. I will definitely be returning to buy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDespite they have a lot de products, their prices are similar to other supermarkets with better categories and located in safe neighborhoods. .
The place inside is really nasty, meaning the floor, and restroom particularly.
Their employees are not really polite with customers.
It was my first time and the last one buying over there.
The branch at Silas Creek is a little better regarding clean looking.
Anyway so far from my home and not advantages at least in prices.
Their aisles between displays to walk are really narrow .
I will not recommend buying there except the Hispanic community that used to do perhaps for cultural reasons.
Best wishes for the marketing with...
