There is not enough room for me to tell of the awesome service and knowledge from Helen Gwyn. she repaired my precious engagement ring fixing all 6 prongs that another Jeweler made worse. She also cleaned and appraised the engagement ring and my diamond wedding band. One of the nicest friendliest people I have ever met. I was not paid for this. I am an actual customer. My daughter is getting married and I Am also buying a pair of diamond and pearl earrings for her. Had no intention of doing so. But loved the earrings and she is so reasonable. Those earrings and the extent of the work anywhere else would be double the cost. If you don’t at least take a look there. It will be your loss. You’ll probably pay more and get less quality. I initially took my San Marcos bracelet over to be repaired @ 6 months ago, I gave a raving review 5 stars to this establishment, Thanked Helen, the owner, and John, the repairman, (actually John was very personable) which amassed over 480 views! I've since noticed that all Caucasians received a Personal Thank you for their comments, AND I never received a Thank You or a heart!

Why is that? Is it because I am a Woman of Color?

Above and beyond expectations! My men's wedding band is handcarved from Great Britain and is 25 years old, this year. It's been through a lot! It's been stretched, replated, and buffed, twice! Mine and my wife's name and anniversary date has been stretched & buffed out of the inside engraving! After my stroke I went on light medication, lost 20 lb, and now I need it sized down 2 sizes. I met Helen through a friend years ago, and now working near her store, and wanted to support local business. Her boutique is quaint, yet professional and has a great staff. My ring was taken from a size 11 to 9, replated, polished, and re-engraved. It looks new!
