I was referred to this company by the hospital I am having surgery at. The hospital told me that my insurance would cover all the medical supplies I needed..... they were wrong. However, walking into this store was the ABSOLUTE BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE! When I walked in there was a sales associate and another women standing at the counter. The women behind the counter IMMEDIATELY greeted me and asked how she could help me. She introduced herself as "Carson" and proceeded to answer ALL OF MY QUESTIONS no matter how trivial or Ridiculous I thought they were, she still answered them with a smile. They also recommended some clearance products knowing that I was on a very tight budget being a single mother and finding out insurance wouldn't cover anything. She gave me more options than I ever could have hoped for as far as to get the products I needed and if it weren't for her recommending the "Care Credit" card I would have not instantly remembered that I had applied for a flex spend card through my company! Because of her, I save HUNDREDS of dollars that I could not afford to spend. Everything was covered under my Flexspend account with plenty of money left over for anything that may come up. She even carried everything out to my car. Carson was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND IF YOU NEED ANY MEDICAL SUPPLIES PLEASE GO HERE AND ASK FOR CARSON! I could not be more grateful for her. She took so much stress and anxiety out of this procedure for me and now I don't have to worry about how I am going to pay for these things or worry that I won't have them in time. She showed me every single Item I asked about walked me though the store and gave me her recommendations. It ranges from no help at all, (the staff was unwilling to leave the counter to show me where to look or to discuss the pros and cons of a piece of equipment) to rude and uninterested as if I was a bother. Today I called at noon on a weekday and no one answered. Not even a machine to say they are busy or to leave a message. Are they in the dark ages??? What business just lets their phone ring off the hook??? The place is old and dingy, the owners don't seem to care about general upkeep of their establishment.
