My son spends 12-14 hrs a day on his high performance computer, pushing it to its limits and almost yearly it has a major issue. This time we tried someone new, so glad we did. Same day dropped off he had it troubleshot down to a hardware issue I never considered would cause the problems we had, not even part mentioned in chat groups. They could’ve been like Best Buy where they could say your laptop died due to a faulty motherboard in order to maximize their profit margins, but the staff at West Orlando Custom Builds told me to buy a new charger for $40 on Amazon and their advice brought my laptop back to life while saving me hundreds of dollars from repair costs.
