Visited on 8/6. I was initially drawn to this restaurant because of its festive Halloween-themed decor and special seasonal menu. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service. We had a reservation for the patio, located near the hostess stand. From the outset, the hostess appeared unprepared and lacked basic customer service skills. Guests without reservations were met with an abrupt “I can’t sit you,” followed by uncomfortable silence and visible confusion on her part. Our server seemed nervous and mentioned he typically doesn’t work in the front of house, which may have contributed to the service issues. Despite ordering just water and a soda, we waited nearly 30 minutes before our food arrived—still without any drinks, utensils, or plates. After searching for our server to request water again, it took an additional 10 minutes for it to be brought out. When I asked another staff member for utensils and plates, I was told the hostess stand should have them. The hostess could only offer one set, explaining that there were no clean dishes available. As a result, my family had to share utensils and a single napkin, which was unacceptable. Toward the end of our visit, it appeared the manager finally arrived. However, he only seemed to engage with a couple seated next to us who had arrived after we did, leaving us feeling overlooked. The only reason I’m giving this experience two stars and not one is because the pizza itself was actually very good. If the service matched the quality of the food, this could’ve been a great visit

I'll start with what's good: the quality of the ingredients. Imagine a clunkier version of Blaze Pizza, with higher quality crust and toppings, and you have Mangoni. Here, you order via QR code from the table, although there is also an "Order Here" sign where they make the pizza, and we were given conflicting answers on which to use, so who knows. I ordered the brisket BBQ pizza, which overall was ok, however I felt the BBQ sauce was way too sweet, and overwhelmed the other flavors of the pizza. My family all enjoyed what they ordered (make your own pizzas). Anyway, the service was pretty lacking, minus one really nice employee, I didn't get her name, but she was awesome. Everyone else did not care to assist, and didn't even say hi or any form of acknowledgement when he brought our food over. Then, all our pizzas except my sister in-law's came out, with no explanation as to where hers was. We waited 5 minutes, and eventually asked someone, who told us they forgot to make hers. When it eventually came out, the lone good employee told us the truth, that the other lady who said it was forgotten actually dropped it. If that had been told to us, instead of us waiting in the dark, that would have been fine, mistakes happen. However, when we're not given a reason as to why part of the order wasn't brought out, and then the fact that we had to ask (what if we hadn't, would she just go without hers?), It was really a poor experience. Needless to say, we won't go back.

Restaurant is really beautiful, i love the decor and I’ve been wanting to go there forever. Got a babysitter and went there for a date night with my husband and as soon as we got in I realized it wasn’t a great idea. Place was empty and I thought it was because it was a monday night. Servers could careless about us and told us to find any spot to seat. We set outside and our table was full of dust. It’s basically a self service restaurant, you order your food through qr code and need to pay and Tip before getting served. So basically they make tips without even taking orders and having a positive attitude. Girl bringing our orders didn’t even know how to accommodate the food in front of us properly. We had to get up and grab dishes and silverware. She brought our salad and said oven was broken so our pizza would take awhile (??). Food was really ok, any other pizza place will offer the same quality of pizza a lot more affordable. Menu does not give you too much details of what you getting. Honestly the only thing i liked was going to talk to the bartender as she was very polite and explained more about the drinks, they were well done and delicious, she was the most professional employee there. Overall not a good experience at all and I wont go back. If i wanted to do self service I would just go to chipottle. Very frustrated because it was my first night out with husband in awhile after baby and I made a bad decision.

The worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I went to this location for a date a while back to experience a holiday theme drink/atmosphere event they were having. I asked the front desk lady how long the wait would be, she said 30 minutes. I asked if it was ok to get drinks to help ease the waiting time since we were very hungry and I wanted the atmosphere to remain happy, she agreed. So my love and I sat outside, drank, and chatted. We were fine for 30 minutes, for 40, for 50 minutes even, but by the time it hit 60 minutes, I politely asked again how long the time would be and she said we would be seated very soon. Keep in mind every 10-15 minutes or so we were checking tables to see if anyone left so we could be seated inside and half of the restaurant was empty. We assumed that maybe there was a reservation as to why so many tables were empty and clean and we weren't seated even though there weren't any reservation cards. After another 20 minutes, the entire restaurant was empty, we asked the front desk lady how soon was "soon" and that there was no one seated inside to which she said..."very soon." After another 10 minutes of being unbelievably starving, we just decided to ask one of the waitresses if she could seat us and explained our situation to which she did and told us she didn't understand why we were left out there and no one told her that there were people waiting. We finally sit down after waiting 1.5 hours, very hungry, and being lied to by the front desk lady. We order our food and when it's finally brought out after another 30 minutes of waiting, it's not what we ordered. I thought I ordered the wrong item or maybe I read the menu description wrong so I asked the waitress if I could see the menu, and when it still didn't match the description, I asked why my pizza looked like that. She very kindly apologized and told me they were out of ingredients and that there were no cooks, so remaining substitute staff "threw something together" that was very similar to the pizza I ordered. Not to mention, the pizza was burned, crispy, and tasted really awful. Needless to say, we will never be...

Very disappointed. The Service never smiled, only nodded or said ok. Zero charisma. With a more positive attitude she could have saved the whole experience explained down below:

We ordered a bottle of wine and it was corked, the waitress reaction was running away with the bottle, coming back and not saying a word or offering an alternative. We asked for another one - it took 20min, which was way too late as we wanted to enjoy the wine with the food. After we said we will only have one glass for one guest, that never came. Going from being able to sell a bottle to selling zero alcohol just shows how little they care to make this business profitable and the guest satisfied. We also ended up saying that we don’t want the glass as she never came with it.

There was never a gesture of compassion or respect nor apology. It felt like she couldn’t care less about us and would rather be at home watching TV.

After the three pizzas came at different times. One of them was cold and one came 20min after the first one - meaning we could not eat as a family. After we had called out our waitress and another one the last pizza arrived and no single sorry was expressed or an „enjoy your meal“. Also this pizza was „built yourself“ and came with few wrong ingredients. But as we had waited so long and were hungry we decided to eat it.

We are not sure if the whole behavior was targeted towards us personally or she acts like this towards all guests. Could also be racially motivated…

One positive thing: they took out the pizza that came way too late from the bill.

However a humble attitude, respect, a thank you or an apology from heart would have been much nicer. Apart from our negative experience with our waiter - the whole team was all over the place: not working as a team, sighing out loud, rolling eyes. Like cmon yes its holiday season and it’s tough but with this attitude nobody’s feels welcome and from our side we won’t come back.

Wishing all the best to the Team and a change in attitude, structure...

Pretty terrible experience, subpar food. We stopped by for the first time tonight and were told we could order from the table. I like the concept, but it's executed horribly here. I went on the app, ordered our food and drinks and at the end it proceeded to prompt for an 18% tip. Not knowing what the experience was going to be like, I left it as is. 20 minutes go by and I start to realize that customers are all going to get their own drinks and bussing their own tables when finished. There's no guidance provided by the staff, and nothing mentioned in their app. So when an employee drops off my wife's salad, I asked her how we get the drinks that I ordered through the app. She advised that we have to go in and get them. I ended up getting our bottled drinks and went to the bard for the deer I paid for. Incredibly limited drink selection on the app if you're not purchasing alcohol (bottled unsweet tea, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi and water...$4 per bottle). My wife's salad came out with Italian salad dressing that had the consistency of peanut butter. We managed to catch someone and asked if that's what it was supposed to be like. They said it was their first day, but that it shouldn't. She tossed that one and brought another. Exact same consistency. It's like it was frozen and half way thawed out. She took two bites of the salad without any dressing and said the salad was gross. Our pizzas were dropped off at room temperature. Pizzas were just above low grade chain pizza. Sauce was bland, toppings helped save some of the lack of flavor. We had to ask for napkins, as there are none outside. We were provided with low grade bathroom paper towels.

So, in summary - poor to average food at a mid range price, a suggested table service level gratuity for someone to simply drop your food off. Otherwise, it's a completely self-service place. Nobody stops to check on you, order anything else, etc. Won't be back. Left hungry with $68 less in my...
