Gingers Baking, Co. is one of THE cutest bakery shops in the heart of downtown Winter Garden! Mandy + her Hubs are not only such a wonderful couple, but rather you can tell how much heart and soul the two of them put into it. Mandy crafts the yummiest whoopie pies I’ve ever had! Still dreaming about the chocolate one. 😋 so sinfully scumdiddlyumptious! I had so much fun getting to know them and I can’t wait to back!

Definitely try the coffee too! Highly recommend coming in, bringing a book, listening to some calming music, drink a coffee and eat all of Mandy’s pastries, all at the same time.

Move over Barnes & Noble/Panera Bread. Gingers is also the perfect study spot, too (but you better buy and sink your teeth into those pastries because you will not regret it).

If you haven’t visited this little gem in downtown Winter Garden, you’re truly missing out! They have the most amazing homemade whoopie pies, croissants, and a great selection of coffees and teas. I first tried their treats at a party and was so impressed I had to come check out the shop for myself, and it did not disappoint.

The interior is absolutely adorable, and there’s a lovely outdoor space where you can relax with your coffee and pastry. Best of all, the owner is so kind and welcoming..she even took time to chat with my child and made her feel so special. My child said “this is the best hot chocolate ever!”

We recently had Mandy design a cake for our first grandchild’s baby shower. It was a large shower. Our guest went crazy over the cake. I have not had a great cake since we moved to Florida nine years ago. This cake was better than any cake I’ve ever had. The icing was just amazing and the cake was the most moist cake we’ve ever had by a designer. Mandy also helped us in a last minute situation and now we are so glad that it happened.
