Dealing with the employees here is worst that dealing with the devil. If I write all the bad things that happened to me with them I don't have enough space to write. I ask them to give me the one that my Doctor accepts because I was almost to have my baby. They give me one that results it was the wrong one and they didn't want to change it for the right one effective that month. I spoke with the head of the office and they spoke with someone else that authorized the change because it wasn't my fault but the said you need to paid again the new plan and we will reimburse you the money in 2 weeks so to tell you I paid $825.00 in one week to have insurance for my delivery then they didn't update the info and when I went to the hospital for a false alarm they said that I didn't have insurance 🤬 I went to their office more than 4 times to address this situation and that was on October and here we are on December and I still need part of the money that they supposed to reimburse me because they didn't send the full amount. When I called them to speak with someone specific they keep taking my massages and I received the call 3 days later to tell me that I need to wait another week to see and if I don't receive the check call them to check what's going on. So I didn't receive the check so I have been 3 days trying to talk with Alfredo and I still waiting for his call back. I so disappointed, frustrated and upset with these people. They lack of professionalism is 100% but sure to get your money they are so fast and you need to do it now because if not you can't have insurance but to give your money back they're so irresponsible and don't care OF COURSE BECAUSE IS NOT THEIR MONEY!
