Rainbow Shops — Attraction in Winter Haven

I was injured at @RainbowShops trying on pants by a sercurity sensor on October 24. I informed the cashier immediately and handed her the sensor she stated "someone was probably trying to shoplift" no apology no incident report. When I got home and saw the magnitude of the scar I called the store explained the situation and I was given cooperates #. From October 24 up until yesterday I called cooperate left voicemails for Eddie Valencia and no one reached out to me all I wanted was an apology and to make them more aware of the tags. Went today to purchase 3 dresses one did not have a tag instead of the Cashier getting someone to help to locate another dress with the tag I ended up going to check myself they did not have others so it was suggested for me to go to another store totally unacceptable. I decided not to buy anything the staff was very rude and argumentative. This would only be my second time and I found there was No variety but I went to the one in Puerto Rico Rainbow 🌈 store and they were assorted there clothing was beautiful colors there was music it was a great experience. I think you guys at Cypress gardens Winter Haven Florida should up your game your store looks so sad next to the store in Puerto Rico it's a shame we're supposed to be the United States with opportunities with great things...
