Stopped here to see if they had the special I'd seen advertised on TV , I seen the sign on the window as I pulled in. So me and the Mrs walked inside to order. stood inline for about 10 minutes. we asked for for the special. that was clearly visible on the window and we were told that that special had ended today it was 1pm in the afternoon, so I was confused so I asked, do you mean like end of day.. today? and the lady behind the counter adding the toppings replied it ended yesterday😔 I then asked her if she could possibly honor it because the sign was still on the window advertising it. she said no! that they hadn't removed the sign yet and that somebody was coming to remove the sign. Seeing how they were not going to honor the advertisement that brought me in there to begin with, we left! Got in the car and a short time later a young man appears and starts to remove the signage from the window. The experience was very embarrassing and disappointing and the a the two black young ladies behind the counter were very unprofessional and abrasive in their responses. So to put it plain and simple my experience at this location, was straight up trash! I can only hope that the owner saves his rebuttal if he decides to respond to my review and takes that energy and applies it to getting his employees continued training on customer service and consumer retention. Oh yeah the ending right? what happen, You're probably asking yourself. Well we wound up going to hibachi Express a few couple doors down ,for the same price you get a lot more food and better service. there's a reason why they're packed and this place isn't! Hope this location gets better but honestly I'll never go there again with me it all about the experience. Hope this helps other patrons! And happy...
Read moreArrived just after noon, 3 visible employees and approximately 5 people in line waiting. One employee was working on online orders. Approximately 30 people entered the restaurant and one person was sent to put a sign up to close the drive-thru; she never returned to the counter. The other two continued making sandwiches until I should have been the next customer. At that time the individual that had finished cashing out the last guest took over making the order for the guest in front of me. The woman who had been making that order then washed her hands and proceeded to announce she needed to put a sign up to close the drive-thru; something that had already been instructed to the prior girl to take care of. I then asked how many individuals does it take to put a sign up to close the drive-thru and the response I received was the other girl was working on Internet orders. Number one, Internet orders were being made at the counter already when I walked into the restaurant, so why were they now being suddenly made in the back of the restaurant and number two, why would you not take care of customers that are physically present in your restaurant numbering over potentially 30 guests? I think someone needs to take a good look at the subway policies and how this restaurant is run considering you are willing to take care of Internet orders over the individuals directly in front of you, including being willing to close your drive-thru. If you want to prioritize interest orders you should have dedicated staffing not take away from the staff there to serve in...
Read moreOn Friday, Oct 25th I went in to get a couple subs at about 7:30 pm. The franchise owner listed in the window was Teresa Munoz. We walk in there’s one employee talking on her cellphone with an AirPod and another young girl at the sandwich counter cleaning. We stood there for at least 4 mins and not once were we acknowledged and the girl at the counter just kept cleaning and never said anything to us. She just had a look of disgust that someone had the nerve to walk up to the counter to order something. Their sign on the window said they close at 10pm so we weren’t walking in at closing. So needless to say, we walked out without buying anything. This needs to be addressed with the franchise manager of that store because apparently only people that placed online or phone orders were able to get anything since all they had to do was walk in and get their food. These two girls working tonight need to either be corrected or find jobs that suit their attitudes. We ended up going to the subway on Chalet Suzanne Rd and had much better service there. Even though the other subway is closer to our house, I’ll never set foot in there again considering the kind of employees...
