We came to Legoland today and ultimately did have a great time. However, as well came to the Ninjago store to get the exclusive Bionicle promotion set that comes with purchasing $100 worth of Lego Ninjago and Lego MonkieKid items. We got to the counter and our items came to $105. My husband inquired as to why the clerk, Delia, did not put the Bionicle set in the bag, and she said it only applies to $100 worth of Ninjago/MonkieKid sets or boxes. This was not written anywhere on the rules. She insisted and even showed us her own paper to prove it to us, but all it said was "Lego Ninjago and Lego Monkiekid." Plus, we earlier witnessed somebody getting the Bionicle set and they purchased things other than sets. We pushed, but she had her coworker (who was a lot nicer about it all, but unfortunately cannot remember his name) call their supervisor, and even they agreed with her. We voided the purchase.
That specific rule, if it was even legit, should have been included with all information about obtaining the Bionicle set in the first place. Delia basically turned away $100 for Lego, so I advise that they do not keep...
Read moreI had a very disappointing interaction with the line employee Cheryl at the Ninjago ride. It was my son's birthday I purchased a fastrack pass for him to skip the lines for his special day.Didn't have any issues all-day on any of the rides once we got to the Ninjago ride Cheryl told me cannot accept FastTrack passes on paper or phones I went spoke to Ninjago employees in the Ninjago store Rell and Zacariah by the way they were outstanding and very professional in how they handled my situation. They called the head employee on duty Caleb once I explained my situation he conveyed he will have a talk with Cheryl about how things were handled. I don't expect anything I don't pay for but when you pay extra for a special service like FastTrack I expect it to be rendered. Thank you Caleb for your time and rectifying the issue. Legoland needs more employees like Rell, Zachariah, and Caleb and less employees...

The food was good but the staff was rude (as with a good part of the staff in that park. The ride was nice but not impressive. The line was long because they close most of the park with lightning (even areas that seem like could’ve stayed open are closed so everyone went to this ride and then left. They should build more attractions indoors, with the Florida weather as it is, they should know to expect rain often. I wasted $500+ on park tickets and extras and was able to ride 3 games before they closer everything for the day. The park seemed nice but even the shows were canceled for rain so we basically...
