Dr. Amy was fantastic as well as the girl at the front desk and the girl who took me back and originally asked me questions. I am sorry, it was my first visit so I didn't know their names, but I will be back in September to have a lump removed from my neck. William Anthony Baumeister, I would like to add to this. Today is May Sixth, Twenty Twenty Four, I just got off the phone with the medical professional who called me from Suncoast. She called to tell me that the lump on my forearm Dr. Amy removed a few weeks ago is stage two cancer and scheduled me for further surgery to hopefully remove it all. Let me tell you how incredibly great this woman was. I wish I would have gotten her name. Just the word cancer scares anyone to death. Especially when some members of my family died from lung cancer, including my dad, last year. Yes, everyone in the family who passed from it smoked. This woman explained everything that is going to be done in June, from start to finish, explained in detail and listened to everything I had to say and I kept saying, I am sorry to talk your ear off and she said, I am here to help you. All I can say in closing is, if more of the medical professionals were like Suncoast Skin Solutions in Winter Haven,Fl and Optical Outlets in Winter Haven,Fl, being sick with severe degenerative disc disease and many other neurological problems that go with it, would be a lot easier to deal with. Too many doctors try to get you in and get you out, you don't have time to blink your eyes. I will stay with Suncoast and Optical Outlets for as long as the Lord keeps me on this earth. Her and her nurses are all very well trained and helpful. Not only do they help when it’s easy, but they help when it’s hard. They dealt with a show of frustration from me , and still took the time to explain my options and why I was getting the issues I was getting. She knows what she is doing and even if you’re in a bad way she will be kind and helpful. Her nurses are also all trained to be present , calm and guide you through. Skin issues are so demoralizing and stigmatizing… I’m thankful she understands the impact and can handle patients who are overwhelmed by it. UPDATE: almost a year later and I am getting the same kind service as always. I still have moments of overwhelm since the condition I have is a bit extreme, but she makes sure that I get the care and info I need. She is a great doctor who will do everything she can to assist even when the road is tough. She also handles all my documentation and all the advocacy I must show for my situation with respect and care. I truly appreciate her...

Just had my second visit to this place and they are just as great as I remembered! Everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I've seen Amy twice now and she is such a sweet down to earth person! The nurses are also great which is a good representation of their leadership! I would definitely recommend this place to everybody I know ! On a side note, the building is such a cool historic looking house in Winter Haven.. It just feels like there is history in there! UPDATE: I've had another visit with Dr Amy, and she's great. She seems genuinely concerned about any issues I have. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!
