Update to my review 2 years ago:
I came back to CMS in May of this year. It definitely doesn’t hold the same quality of care, customer- focused service, and classy vibes that it once did. After being informed I was charged 2 no-show fees for a facial, I explained that only one was accurate. I even offered to share the call logs from my phone to prove that I had canceled one when I was ill. I also shared that recently my experience was not as wonderful as it had been in the past. One of the aestheticians I don’t normally see was very rough with a facial, and it actually left markings on my face. Unlike Cynthia, who was always absolutely perfect. The music being played as well was really raunchy and quite frankly elementary for a mature spa like CMS had been in the past. That same day, I overheard 2 of the employees talking about burning someone’s thigh in a laser hair removal treatment. One of the employees said “yeah, she said she burned her leg accidentally. Now I’m scared.” After sharing some of these things with the manager, and that I was willing to pay the no show fee that was in fact accurate, I was told that the spa would be parting ways with me and I would no longer be serviced at any of the locations. This comes after I have recently paid the $200 annual fee on August 1st, as well as my monthly membership fee on August 15th, for a monthly membership that runs from the 15th through the 15th each month. So not only was I completely cut off from services after sharing my experience and thoughts honestly as a “valued“ customer, but I’ve also lost roughly $300, unfairly. Unfortunately, sometimes establishments do not maintain the same level of customer care, commitment, and authenticity that they once began with. Very disappointed and I would not recommended.

This place is AH-MAZ-ING!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them and the services they offer. You will never find a better deal than this in your life for laser treatment, and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. Brittany is on point and understanding, Lexi is bubbly and funny, and everyone else is as well! If I could remember more names, I would mention them too! Read moreI've been going to Couture for about a year and I have a membership. Diane does good work. I am always early for my appointments and patient when I am not seen on time (always). Last week got stuck in traffic on I-4. I called them from the road to let them know that I would be a few minutes late. I arrived there 8 minutes late and was immediately told that I would not be seen because they have a 5 minute policy. I told the lady that I was a regular customer, and that I had taken the day off work, that was an one off. She stayed put. I explained that my appointment was for a fraxel, which requires one hour wait for the numbing cream to work. I usually wait at least 90 minutes with the cream, so there was plenty of time and that would not delay any delay because other patients are seen while I wait. Still, she was indifferent. I asked to speak with Diane but the lady did not let me in. She then disappeared in the back of the office for over 15 minutes and then came back asking me when I wanted to reschedule my appointment and that I would have to wait until the evening to speak with Diane. And, BTW, I would not have the treatment done anyway. I pay them every month, and I wonder if I would be treated the same way if I did not have a membership. I found Couture Med Spa while I was looking researching Botox, I had never tried it before and this came up as an option that was local to me in Orlando. After my first visit I learned about their membership options, which allow for routine maintenance and treatment each month for a large variety of needs. Specifically, IPL and Fractional Lasers are included in the membership. Alternating between these treatments every two weeks will yield radiant, young looking skin. I take advantage of the many solutions provided to me in this package in addition to IPL and Fractional lasering, including Laser Hair Removal and Trusculpting procedures. The membership fee is easily worth the laser hair removal alone, which can be very expensive. The staff is extremely nice, and very helpful when you have any questions. If they do not have an answer when you ask they always make sure to follow up with the nurse on staff. They are very good about making sure they have schedule appointments with you so that you experience the full benefits of the membership. In addition to all of these things, its also just fun going out and taking the time to take care of yourself. You will look and feel better, and take pride in yourself and your daily routines.
