Since the arrival, staff were not welcoming instead they were expecting us to know everything they needed to sell. After waiting for 3 months for a correct appointment they took 3 big bags of clothes and told me to wait 25-30min, after 10 min they send me a text to go to the counter. At the counter they said that they were not able to take anything. As I was surprised, I went ahead and ask why and they said due to off season clothes. I went again to look at the bags and I had long pants, cozy sweaters and fancy winter clothes. Also, the clothes were exactly placed as I give them which tells me that they were just not wanting anything in general. I went back to the store and mentioned some of the clothes that were for fall season and they ended up buying 2 sweaters out of all that. I do not recommend this store due to the lack of price-quality clothes, rude employees that feel empowered and make you feel really uncomfortable and also due to them giving you really low amount for the quality of things you bring. Also, when you sell they will give you a lot more money for in store rather than cash which it is incorrect as the clothes value is the same. āLetās make clothing industry differentā but they also are the ones extra...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAll the reviewers here are miserable. They complain that employees are sitting down, or not āleaving much of an impressionā whatever that means. Theyāre doing their JOB and theyāre doing it well. This place is awesome. Some of the best thrift finds Iāve ever found, so well decorated and the fitting rooms were colorful and spacious with flowers on the mirrors. Every piece here is so unique and awesome!! The employees were nice and genuine, Iām pretty sure half of the complaints here are from homophobes. Literally the best thrift store Iāve ever been to. Not to mention, the prices were awesome. We went to the goodwill across the street and everything was 20+ dollars. This place, an actual consignment shop, managed to be cheaper than anything in that goodwill. I found the cutest Y2K fairy style purple and pink dress for 10 dollars, which wouldāve undoubtedly been 16-20 something at the store next door. So glad I found this place a week before my birthday, because they have a birthday discount with ID! Anyways, ignore the miserable people in this thread. they have no actual problems with the business and overestimate how much gravity it takes for the world to revolve around you. Go here. This is the best thrift store...
