My sister and I decided to try out a new Pilates location as the one we loved is a good hour and a half away. We decided to try this location as we’ve both work near by. It’s still is min away from home but being that we work close we thought it would work. Today we walked into the class 2 minutes late. The front door was still open, the first trainer greeted us and said I’m a trainer here hi just put your stuff down and have you done Pilates before we answered yes she said perfect download the app and agree to terms it took us all but 10 seconds to do so. Yet the one running the class stated to leave and book another class. We got lost and turned into the plaza in front of it and were all but 2 minutes late. Again the front door was still open. Frustrated we didn’t get a good experience. Wanted to love it. Just didn’t understand why one trainer was willing to let us get on a platform and the other refused.    Read moreJust finished my first intro class at this location and the website isn’t kidding when it said that even the intro class is challenging! I’ve been looking at getting into Pilates as a way to strengthen my core/back muscles and also just to get more active as I’ve fallen into a very sedentary lifestyle in the past few years. Basically I’m very out of shape lol so there were definitely some moves that were difficult for me to execute. However, the instructor Ben was really attentive and encouraging both during and after the class and even though I had to stop a few times I managed to push through to the end. I’m going to try a few of the level one classes before jumping into a membership but overall the vibes were great.    Read moreI’ve been coming here since September, and it’s honestly been life-changing. I’ve lost 27 pounds, but more than that, this place has become my space to focus on me—both physically and mentally. The energy is amazing, and the way the classes flow makes it easy to stay in the zone.
Carmen, Alyssa, and Hannah are incredible. They’re so informative without it ever feeling overwhelming, and they just get how to push you without it feeling like pressure. The mind-to-muscle connection they teach has completely changed how I move, and “belly button to spine” will probably live in my head forever!
