Lived here from when it opened in 2022 through early April 2025. Greystar Property Management took over in November of 2024 and the new Manager only stayed for 2 weeks. This property was amazing (I had posted a 5 star review for 2+ yrs) but everything changed once Greystar took over. My security deposit was not returned within 30 days per the lease. I contacted the new onsite Manager and she said she would ensure my deposit was returned. Three weeks later (now almost 60 days after I moved out) Greystar returned only a portion of my security deposit and the statement showed the portion they kept was for "base rent" (I was paid in full). I contacted the onsite manager asking why they kept part of my security deposit and have never received a response. Make sure you check out Greystar Property Management online before you consider moving here. I had never heard of them but will never live in another property...
Read moreUpdate: I have been here a year now. Nice Zumba class. There are more inactive adults here, not active....More like senior living. Not enough handicap parking for them too. There are no handicap accessible doors for the many residents who use walkers and mobility scooters. It is very appealing to the eye. The mandatory cable/internet is Spectrum, the water and valet trash is with Oates Energy and the electricity is with Duke energy. There is a 2.5% fee (about $45+) for paying with your credit card through Rent Cafe. New Security. Nice parties but not as frequent. The workmanship. Ask about HOA-like fees. Cheaper senior / 55+ living. Microwaves are to high. You will have to install your own shower grab bars if needed. Just not a place for the physically challenged...

That was before Greystar took over so keep in mind that the excellent google reviews are for the old staff and not for Greystar that took over in November 2024. It has been almost two months since we moved out and they still have not returned my security deposit. They do not respond to any attempt to get in touch with the community management nor Greystar.
