Beyond satisfied with our experience with One Day Doors and Closets. I've wanted to replace all of our interior doors since we bought our home 6 years ago. They were original to the house so nearly 50 years' worth of scratches, dings and mismatched hardware; not to mention several warped and out of square doorways. Painting just wasn't gonna cut it. Besides our desire for a new uniform look we really value the convenience factor in projects like these and that's exactly what this business model provides. The doors are manufactured off-site so you don't have a contractor cutting slabs or making a mess at your property for days on end. So we booked a measurement with Ron in late June. The measurement took about 90 minutes for what we had in mind: replacing all 19 doors, hinges and hardware! Ron was super friendly and willing to answer all questions. It was obvious he is someone who is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He was not there just to make a sale as he is the one who actually comes back to do the install. We had several follow-up calls about particular styles and pricing and he always answered the phone. He also kept us updated on when the doors would come in. Install day was about two months later in August. It took about six hours for Ron and his helper Pete (also very friendly) to perform the installation. I'm very detail-oriented and will notice small imperfections. I was honestly very impressed with the quality and fit of each door and handle as well as Ron and Pete's operation that day. I would not change anything about the whole process....
